Road Trip

Jordan and I had a long, but great weekend road trip. We went up to Palmyra, New York to see the Hill Cumorah pageant which was awesome, as well as the Sacred Grove and some other church sights in the area. We then went down to Washington D.C. and met up with my parents for a little American history. I loved Mt. Vernon and gained such a great respect for the man that George Washington was. It was a lot of driving, but Jordan was nice enough to sit behind the wheel th entire drive. I read a Mary Higgins Clark novel to him to pass the time. I also started really feeling the baby kicking and moving around on this trip. I guess Ella didn't appreciate all the walking and long periods of time without a decent meal. But that makes two of us.

Wow! The trip was as good as it looks here in your pictures. Liz, they're great! I loved traveling with you all over and seeing these sites. What a special birthday weekend for me! I love you,
