Feels like home

I'm still on vacation and haven't been able to bring myself to actually "work". I'm enjoying my family far too much, but I think it's good for me. However, I can't wait to post all the great pictures I've been able to get this trip home. Elise's bridal shoots tops them all. As you can see above, we sacrified to get these shots. But it was worth the flip-flops and heat of a Utah summer day. I can't wait to post more, but I thought I'd post a little sneak peak just to say I'm alive and well.

August Album Awareness

My new albums are in and I'm so excited!! I've decided to get the word out by offering a special discount coupon available to anyone in the month of August. Whether you're a past, present, or future client, all you have to do is shoot me an email at elizainc@hotmail.com and I'll send you the AAA coupon as well as my new album pricing info. I've redone my album pricing to make them more affordable for everyone, because I'm that excited about you having one. You'll get the same beautiful designs, but for a lot less.

Your AAA coupon is good until the end of this year on any shoot you've ever had done or have thought about doing. You don't even have to have one scheduled. So if you've ever even thought about having some pictures taken, email me before the end of August so you don't miss out.

I'll be posting pictures of the new albums soon, so check back in the next couple of days. And remember, these aren't just for weddings. In fact, I chose these particular albums for my portrait clients. They're perfect to capture the daily details of your life and growing family. I literally make a storybook of your shoot that you can have and share for years to come.

It's an Ella! well, it's supposed to be...

I went straight from the Nascar shoot to my ultrasound appointment. And it's supposed to be a girl they say! YEAH! I'm starting to feel her move around a lot more and it's all becoming more real. My belly even pokes out a bit, depending on the angle and outfit. I can hide it or show it. It's one of the neatest experiences to date, and I'm sure it will only get better. Jordan loves my little bump and can't wait to have another girl of his very own. He claims I'll always be number one on that list, but we'll see...

P.S. Happy Birthday Mom (Leslie)!!! I'm bringing home your first granddaughter next week. But I thought you might enjoy these pictures today. Here's some of your son, the daddy-to-be, that we took at the beach the other day.

The Nascar Beauties

I had the chance to work with two upcoming Nascar stars, Anica and Christine. They had me shoot some models for their makeup and hair portfolios. They're hoping to get a job with the Nascar team where they'd take care of the good looking ladies at the finish line. I wish them the best of luck. And even if they don't get that job, I'm not worried. They are the perfect team and I'm sure will have their own businesses up and running soon. Good luck ladies!

Road Trip

Jordan and I had a long, but great weekend road trip. We went up to Palmyra, New York to see the Hill Cumorah pageant which was awesome, as well as the Sacred Grove and some other church sights in the area. We then went down to Washington D.C. and met up with my parents for a little American history. I loved Mt. Vernon and gained such a great respect for the man that George Washington was. It was a lot of driving, but Jordan was nice enough to sit behind the wheel th entire drive. I read a Mary Higgins Clark novel to him to pass the time. I also started really feeling the baby kicking and moving around on this trip. I guess Ella didn't appreciate all the walking and long periods of time without a decent meal. But that makes two of us.
